About Amino

An applied-AI studio that ships, not advises.

We build the automations, agents, data pipelines, and dashboards teams keep meaning to get to — delivered as working software, wired into the stack you already use, and kept running as a managed service.

Build · ship · keep running

Our approach

We build the systems most teams never get around to.

Most teams have a long list of things that should be automated: the manual approval nobody owns, the data scattered across five tools that never agree, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. The blocker is rarely the idea — it’s that there’s no one to build it and keep it running.

Amino exists to close that gap. We design, build, and operate custom software — automations, AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, dashboards, and internal toolkits — wired directly into the stack a team already uses, then kept running as a managed service.

The point isn’t advice. It’s a system that does the work — and someone keeping it running.
How we think about the work

We work on a Service Credits model: clients fund a balance, and the studio draws against it with small, itemized, client-approved charges as work ships. The balance is refundable and always yours to control — never a black-box retainer. It keeps the incentives honest: we only get paid when something useful lands.

Our principles

Four principles that shape everything we ship.

Working software over slideware

We don’t deliver decks and recommendations. We ship systems that run — automations, agents, pipelines, dashboards — tested against your real data and wired into the tools you already use.

Built on your stack

No rip-and-replace. We build into the systems you already pay for, so data moves between them without a human in the middle and nothing new has to be learned from scratch.

Itemized over black-box

Every charge is a small line item tied to something that shipped — described, priced, and approved before it posts. No retainer you can’t see inside, no surprise invoice at month’s end.

Kept running, not handed off

The build is step one. We keep what we ship monitored, fixed, and improving — drawn against a credit balance you control — so the system you bought keeps earning its keep.

Who we build for

Teams with the work, but not the engineering bench.

Most of the teams we work with know exactly what should be automated — they just don’t have anyone to build it. Operators buried in manual steps, founders without an engineering team, ops teams whose data lives in five tools that never line up.

They’ve tried generic no-code tools and the occasional freelancer. What they need is custom software built into their actual stack — and someone to keep it running once it ships.

How we keep it clean

  • Scoped in writing

Every engagement starts with a written scope and an itemized estimate. You always know what you’re funding before work begins.

  • Built into your stack

We work with the tools you already pay for. No rip-and-replace, no migration project hiding inside the build.

  • Drawn against a balance you control

Charges are small line items approved as work ships. Pause anytime and the remaining balance is refunded — no lock-in.

How we work

What you can count on.

Wired into your stack

We build into the tools you already use and connect to your existing systems — no new platform to adopt, no data left stranded.

Itemized, approved charges

Every draw against your balance is a small line item tied to shipped work, described and approved before it posts. No surprises.

Kept running

We monitor, fix, and improve what we ship as a managed service, drawn against your credit balance — the build doesn’t end at handoff.
