Our story
A practice built after watching too many quick fixes fail.
Amino Consulting LLC was founded in 2022 after years of watching smart, capable business owners cycle through one short-term fix after another — a new software stack here, a boutique agency there, a subscription tool whose dashboards they eventually stopped opening. Each one promised a transformation. Most of them delivered a few good weeks, then faded.
Our founder spent more than a decade advising owner-operated companies through growth, vendor transitions, and process change, and kept seeing the same pattern: the fixes weren’t wrong, they were just built for someone else’s business.
The missing piece was almost never information. It was a plan that actually fit — and someone paying attention week over week.
Today our team of consultants brings more than fifteen years of combined experience in operations, procurement, process improvement, and digital systems. We work privately, one client at a time, and we measure success in the same quiet way our clients do — by how the business runs on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon, six months in.

Most of our clients run owner-operated businesses with five to fifty people. They’re thoughtful, accomplished, and they already know the basics. What they’re feeling is subtler: orders that take one handoff too many, vendor relationships nobody fully owns, reporting that arrives a week later than it should.
They’ve tried project tools, generic templates, and the occasional freelancer. They don’t need more information — they need an operating plan built around their specific business, their team, their constraints, and the goals they actually care about.
